Inside this funnel is a hose with weights on it. When you blow with this gun, it will create a cool air jet that penetrates textile materials and pulls up sand etc. from floors. But works really well for all types of cleaning! Easily attaches with a standard 1/4" quick coupling to your compressor hose.
- How to use the product:HOW BIG A COMPRESSOR DO YOU NEED? Yes, this question is difficult. How long is a string? Either you have a compressor with a smaller & weaker motor but with a gigantic air tank that can store a lot of air, or you have a compressor with a very strong 3-phase motor that produces a lot of air quickly, then the volume of the tank plays less of a role. It just depends on how often you want to listen to the compressor's motor sound. This gun requires nothing more than an air pressure of between 6-8 bar and ALL compressors can build that up. It's just a question of how quickly the air in the tank runs out & how quickly the compressor can produce new air in relation to how much the compressed air tool is consuming. We're talking air flows in liters per minute here. When you get below 6 bar with this gun, it will become significantly less efficient. If you have an extremely strong compressor on 3-phase current, it will be able to produce an extremely large amount of air that can operate the gun non-stop without emptying the tank, but such a compressor is very expensive. Therefore, I think it is enough with something in between, a fairly strong motor on the compressor (the larger ones available for 230V) and a fairly large tank. Then the air will gradually decrease because the gun takes more air than the compressor is able to produce. But then you just pause for a moment and continue again when the air is recharged. We use a 2200W compressor (230V) that can produce 195l/min when we use the gun at our premises. It works well but we have to pause every now and then to let the tank refill, but it is hardly a problem as the maximum it makes the operation with the tornado maybe take 4 minutes extra on the whole. I don't think that does anything at all, you don't use the tornado for every cleaning.
- Other:So to sum it all up, we recommend a compressor that gives about 190l/min and up, most compressors from 2000kr and up give that. It doesn't work well with the smallest compressors for about 1000kr which are barely able to inflate a car tire. The gun consumes 350-400l/min when the handle is fully depressed.
