SPEEDPARTS Integrity Policy "GDPR"

On may 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force replacing the earlier Swedish PUL (Personuppgiftslagen). This means higher requirements considering how companies handles personal data.

SPEEDPARTS policy is based on the general data protection regulation (GDPR). The policy aims to explain and clarify what kind of personal data SPEEDPARTS collects, the purpose of collecting the personal data, what parties that has access to the data and how SPEEDPARTS work towards preserving our customers rights and integrity.

How SPEEDPARTS protects your data

SPEEDPARTS has active security measures to keep personal data entrusted to us safe.

SPEEDPARTS uses SSL on our website which is a security protocol for encrypted data transfer over the internet and other networks, this can be identified by “HTTPS” at the beginning of a URL. If you are our customer, make sure that SSL is enabled in your web browser.

We also have security routines at the company to protect your personal data, no unauthorized person has access to the data and identification is required before authorized personnel can access the data. SPEEDPARTS also uses firewalls and antivirus programs, as well as a closed network that is not available externally.

For how long do SPEEDPARTS save your personal data?

After your consent to be a customer at SPEEDPARTS, your information will be saved up to one year after your last purchase, or as long as applicable legislation, warranty and delivery require.

After a started subscription to our newsletter, your information will be kept until you unsubscribe.

Our data on Google Analytics is saved in anonymous format for 14 months.

SPEEDPARTS complies with applicable privacy laws (GDPR) and does not save data longer than permitted by law.
